‘Les Petits Morlet’

Oakville, Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

“The ‘Les Petits Morlet’ Cabernet Sauvignon is up with the finest wines of the vintage at the price, and I’d certainly be happy to drink a bottle any time over the coming decade.”

Jeb Dunnuck, Dec. 2023

“The medium to full-bodied palate is juicy and expressive, with fine-grained tannins and a lively line, finishing with a skip in its step.”

Lisa Perrotti-Brown MW, Feb. 2024

From a judicious blend of different barrels, this special cuvée from Napa Valley embodies the youthful character and energy of the newly planted vines and is the offspring of our mature Cabernet Sauvignon bottlings from our estate vineyard in Oakville.  Named in honor of Luc and Jodie’s children, Paul & Claire, ‘Les Petits Morlet’ represents their passion, talents, optimism and future.

Winemaker notes:

Displaying a very intense bouquet of black currant, candied red and black cherries and mocha, intermixed with hints of blond tobacco leaves and earthy notes of leather and toasted red pepper. The ‘Les Petits Morlet’ Cabernet Sauvignon possesses youthful, yet sweet tannins and is characterized by its overall richness, suave character and approachability.
