Winemaker notes:

Capturing the strong, rich and dense character of the Cabernet Franc grapes from the
famous Beckstoffer-To Kalon vineyard in Oakville, this wine pays homage to Luc’s
great grandfather, Gaston Morlet, and his reputation as a force of nature in
Avenay-Val-D’Or, Champagne. Crafted from 100% Cabernet Franc, this wine is truly a
‘Force de la Nature.’

The 2010 ‘Force de la Nature’ is an intriguing wine laced with mocha, spices grilled
herbs and dark raspberry jam. It possesses stunning depth and richness, with
endless layers of fruit that wrap around the powerful, imposing finish. This is a
dense wine with massive structure and tons of fruit.
